Trip

"Trip" was a series inspired by a fascination with movement and the power it holds in transforming the human body into a communicative tool. It explores a concept of "surrender"; a term that simultaneously has a submissive connotation to it but can also be construed as holding a lot of power. This triptych was the start of an exploration into what the concept of "surrendering" means to me and how it relates to my life and practice.
